• Most extension are exempt from planning once you build your extension, sunroom or conservatory no bigger that 40 square meters and have a minimum of 25 square meters left in your garden.
  
  
• If you need planning we provide a full service of architect’s drawings and apply for planning for you.
  
  
• All our extensions, sunrooms or conservatories will be over seen by an architect and a cert of compliance will be provide on completion.
  
  
• We supply all plumbing, electric and plaster work.
  
  
• We used all top class 2nd fix timbers in our attics.
  
  
• We provide all skips to take away all waste.
  
  
• We also provide carpentry, pluming, electric, and plastering to any building work you may require done in your home.
